Design Services
All design services and deliverables provided by Comic Culprit, LLC are conducted on first come, first served and project to project basis. Once the scope of the project has been discussed, services will be estimated and a proposal/contract will be made and signed by both parties. This ensures clear guidelines, expectations and accountability of said parties and services to be rendered. A 50% non refundable deposit will be invoiced before creative services have begun. Comic Culprit, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual client or company at our discretion.
Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to bring any dispute under these terms and conditions exclusively in the State and Federal courts of the State of Oregon in Multnomah County.
